  • When will my favorite item become available again?
    Our sculptures are artfully handcrafted and available in extremely limited quantities. This scarcity is a result of the extraordinary level of difficulty and intricate detailing involved in the creation of each sculpture. To secure your favorite sculpture, we recommend following us on Instagram and Facebook, as well as signing up for availability notifications on the product page of the desired sculpt. By doing so, you will receive email notifications as soon as it becomes available, ensuring you won't miss the opportunity to acquire it.

  • What is the typical processing and delivery timeframe?? 
    We choose DHL Express for shipping, which generally takes 1-6 business days on average. While we strive to avoid any delays, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. Moreover, deliveries to remote areas might take a bit longer than the average timeframe.
    Items take around a month to make, but we only put finished or nearly finished ones on sale. Processing time is a maximum of 5 days.

  • Is my shipment insured?
    Rest assured, we take full responsibility for delivering your order safely to your doorstep. As part of our commitment, we ensure that all shipments are insured, leaving you with no worries. From the moment your package leaves our workshop until it reaches your hands, it remains our responsibility.
  • What if I want to return my order?
    We offer a 14-day window starting from the moment your order is delivered for you to inspect the item and request a return for any reason. However, please keep in mind that return shipping costs are not refundable. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, and the packaging must remain unopened.

  • How do I return my order?

  • Can you make me a custom piece?
    At this time, we do not provide customization or accept custom projects.
  • Do you offer layaway?
    Currently, we do not offer layaway.

  • What materials are your items made of?
    In our 'IMMORTAL RELICS' collection, you will find skulls crafted entirely from 100% solid bronze metal. Meanwhile, the artwork featured in our 'Echoes of Sorrow' collection (t.b.a.) is cast in high-quality urethane.
