These terms and conditions apply to the DarkDreamSculptures web site located at www.darkdreamsculptures.com, and all associated web sites linked to www.darkdreamsculptures.com by DarkDreamSculptures, its subsidiaries and affiliates, (collectively 'The Site'). Please read these terms and conditions (the 'Terms and Conditions') carefully. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of, and any purchase from, the Site, and constitute an agreement between you and DarkDreamSculptures. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. DarkDreamSculptures reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms and Conditions or any policy or guideline of the Site at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Site. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Site.
Product Content, Availability, Pricing and Exchanges/Refunds
Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on the Site due to our conversion-system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the order by e-mail, clearly stating that a return is requested. It is not possible to request an exchange for a different item. When you cancel an order after it has been shipped, a refund will only be made when the item has been returned to us unused with unopened packaging, without damage. Costs of return-shipping are never refunded. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
When a package is lost during the shipping-process to the customer, and the customer requests a refund, the refund will only be approved by DarkDreamSculptures after the shipping agent has completed its protocol regarding the investigation on the missing package. No refunds will be given before this protocol is completed and any damages claimed by DarkDreamSculptures have been paid in full by the shipping agent.
Any returns shipped from the customer to DarkDreamSculptures fall under the responsibility of the customer. Items that suffer damage during return shipping from the customer to DarkDreamSculptures due to improper packaging will be assessed by DarkDreamSculptures to establish the repair cost. This amount will be deducted from your total order amount refunded. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Gift cards are non-refundable. DarkDreamSculptures is not responsible for any tax or import duty charged on our products when shipping outside of the European Union. If your parcel has been returned to us in due to failure to collect from the Post Office, the new postage fee is covered by the customer. We make every attempt to ensure that our online info is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is different, color and size may vary slightly. We want to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations. The weight of the item stated in the description is an estimate and may vary. On the Site, we provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing.
Security
Any orders on our website may be subject to a security check.
If a security flag is raised regardless of price of item, the order will have to go through a security check.
To fulfil the security check we will reach out via email and ask a photo of your passport or license with your name and address; matching the name and address on the order.
